Urvashi Rupani

Urvashi Rupani is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in end-user support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Global IT End-User Support Specialist at Lucy Electric since May 2019, Urvashi has progressed through roles including Global IT End User Support Specialist and IT Support Analyst. Prior to this, Urvashi worked as an IT Support Engineer at MetLife Inc. through Adecco Middle East from February 2018 to April 2019, and as a Remote Desktop Support Engineer and System Administrator at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank from December 2014 to January 2018. Urvashi holds a Bachelor's Degree in BTECH from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (2010-2014) and completed 12th Grade under CBSE at Jai Academy, U.P. in 2010, following high school education at St. Francis Convent, UP from 2007 to 2008.
