Vinayak Kale

Vinayak Kale is a Senior Design Engineer at Lucy Electric, with a focus on cost reduction, value engineering, and project management for MV switchgear products since January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Design Engineer at Schneider Electric, where Vinayak designed customized Auto Transfer Switch panels, and as a Project Engineer at L&T IES, specializing in the design and fabrication of compressed air engines. Earlier roles also involved designing LV Motor Control Center panels for L&T Engineers Ltd. and contributing to new product development for Shavo Norgren. Vinayak holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, having completed coursework from 2006 to 2010.
