Becky Padgett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Customer Happiness Assistant Manager at Lucy and Yak, starting in April 2022. In 2021, Becky worked at FGH (Freemans Grattan Holdings) as a Buying Assistant for the brand Kaleidoscope. This role required their to be highly organized and efficient, handling tasks such as assistant buying, competitor and market research, attending fit sessions, maintaining critical paths and range plans, and briefing and loading products onto the site. Before FGH, Becky worked as a Depop Team Member at Lucy and Yak Ltd from July 2020 to June 2021. In this position, they sold faulty stock on the Depop app, which involved organizing and preparing stock, listing products, and packing and sending customer orders. Becky also handled customer queries and underwent training on sustainable fashion practices, LGBTQIA+ awareness, and health and safety.

Becky has also volunteered at Forget Me Not Children's Hospice as a Retail Volunteer from June 2020 to June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Student Ambassador at The Manchester Metropolitan University from January 2020 to May 2020.

Their earlier experiences include an internship as an E-Commerce Marketing Intern at FGH from June 2018 to July 2019 and a role as a Sales Advisor at Kurt Geiger from October 2015 to May 2018.

Becky Padgett completed their primary and secondary education at Kettlethorpe High School from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained their GCSE. Becky then pursued further studies in the field of fashion and apparel design at Barnsley College from 2014 to 2016, earning a Fashion and Clothing L3 Extended Diploma. Finally, they attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2016 to 2020, where they completed their degree in International Fashion Promotion.
