Héctor Palomares

Héctor Palomares has been working in the software engineering field since 2015. In 2018, they joined ALTEUM as a Senior Frontend Engineer, where they built the core frontend architecture of the platform using Vue. In 2019, they joined Scalable Path as a Senior Software Engineer and worked on Jade Leaf Matcha, Kizuna Matcha, and HeardAbout. Currently, they are the Head of Engineering at Lucy, where they are responsible for developing their custom Shopify Plus 2.0 store, subscription customer portal, and Serverless (AWS Lambdas) backend architecture. Héctor is also responsible for designing and executing strategies to increase their LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and reducing subscription churn rate.

Héctor Palomares graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2015 with a degree in Ingeniero en Tecnologías Computacionales in the field of Computer Science. In 2016, they obtained a certification from Microsoft in MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3.
