Katie Fromm

Katie Fromm is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Interim Director of Pharmacy Operations at LucyRx since January 2024. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at IPM - Integrated Prescription Management, including Interim Director of Clinical Services and Manager of Pharmacy Services, from July 2020 to October 2024. Katie's extensive experience in pharmacy management also includes serving as Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from June 2012 to July 2020. Earlier in their career, Katie worked as a High School Science Teacher at West Valley Christian Jr/Sr. High School from August 2006 to June 2009. Katie holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Southern California, obtained between 2011 and 2015, and a Bachelor’s degree from Westmont College, completed in 2006.
