Matt Bradshaw

Matt Bradshaw currently serves as the Director of Operations at Lucy's since March 2023. Previously, Matt was the Regional Franchise Operations Coach for Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, managing multiple locations in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee from January to December 2022. Prior to that role, Matt held various positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Assistant Store Manager, and was responsible for operations, merchandising, and financial management. Matt spent significant time in the restaurant industry as Managing Partner at Bonefish Grill and held multiple management roles at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, including Senior Manager and National Corporate Trainer. Early career experience includes working as Assistant Bar Manager at Charley’s Steak House. Matt holds an Associate of Science degree in MCSE from The Academy MCSE and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Petersburg College.
