Debra Burnell

Debra Burnell is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a career spanning several roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Learning and Development Manager at Iris Care Group since September 2019, Debra oversees the design and delivery of the business's Learning and Development strategy. Previous positions include Talent Development Coach at British Telecommunications plc, Learning and Development Consultant at AKW Training and Consultancy, and Group Project Learning and Development Manager at Finsbury Food Group, where Debra implemented innovative training strategies. Debra's experience also includes managing a Training Academy at Memory Lane Cakes, working as a Project Trainer at Capital Training Group, and operating as a Freelance Trainer and Lecturer for numerous public and private sector clients.
