Phillip McAbee

Phillip McAbee has been a Vice President OSP Engineering at Luffman-Byers Telecom, Inc. since November 2022. Phillip previously held positions at Windstream from July 1989 to November 2022, including Vice President Wholesale Operations and Head of Wholesale Operations. Additionally, Phillip has served as President Operations (KY) and Division Vice President. Phillip is known for their expertise in supporting and leading Wholesale Service Delivery and Assurance.
