Heike C. Wörner

Heike C. Wörner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategy, and innovation across the aviation and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at Lufthansa Cargo and Vice Chairman of the Board at the International Air Cargo Center Shenzhen, Wörner focuses on corporate strategy and profitable growth. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Horváth, Principal at Arthur D. Little, and Global Innovation Manager at DB Schenker. Wörner also has academic experience as a visiting lecturer and holds a PhD in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Regensburg, complemented by a Master’s in International Business and a Bachelor's in Aviation Management.
