Rafal Szymanski is an accomplished Agile Production Responsible Manager at Lufthansa Systems since December 2015, with extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and system integration. Szymanski has held various roles, including Team Lead, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Manager, focusing on delivering client projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Prior to Lufthansa Systems, Szymanski served as Bid and Programme Director Deputy at THALES Poland, managing project deliverables and stakeholder communication.
