Susan Linden

Susan Linden has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Susan currently holds the position of CTO / Head of Architecture, Technology & IT-Operations at Lufthansa Systems since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at CGI as the Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Strategy from February 2017 to November 2021, and later transitioned to the role of Vice President Consulting from November 2018 to September 2021. Before joining CGI, Susan was a Senior Account Manager at Wipro from April 2014 to January 2017. Susan also has experience working at Hewlett-Packard, where they held various positions including Global Tools Delivery Executive, Worldwide ITO Security Delivery Executive, Cross Services Operations Manager, Global Escalation Manager, Operations Manager Server Hosting Siebel, and Incident Manager. Susan began their career as a Scientific Assistant at University Marburg from May 2002 to January 2006.

Susan Linden earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Architecture and Law from The Philipp University of Marburg. In addition, they obtained certifications as an ITIL Expert from APMG-International in 2011 and as an ITIL IT Service Manager from TÜV SÜD in 2009.
