Özgür Yesilkaya

Özgür Yesilkaya currently serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Özgür Yesilkaya held various senior positions at Lufthansa Technik, including Senior Director Engine Services with P&L accountability for CFM56-V2500 Business and Global Head of Aerostructures/Nacelles, from August 2020 to July 2025. Özgür Yesilkaya also served as the Managing Director and CEO of Lufthansa Technik Turbine Shannon from August 2017 to July 2020. Earlier experiences at Lufthansa Technik included leadership roles in Engine Parts Repair and Product Engineering, as well as a focus on operational services for turbine airfoils repair. Özgür Yesilkaya’s expertise in driving transformation projects is supported by a strong educational background, holding a degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Hamburg University of Technology and the University of Hamburg.
