Danielle Tachman

Danielle Tachman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in payroll, HR operations, and data management. Currently serving as a Payroll and HR Ops Specialist at Lufthansa since April 2025, Danielle previously held roles at Lightricks as HRIS Lead & HR Analytics and at Netafim as HRIS and HR data management lead, among other positions. Danielle's background includes significant experience in budget analysis and HR business partnership at Elbit Systems Ltd, as well as evaluation specialization at Adam Milo. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and has completed coursework toward a Master’s degree in Psychology, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from reputable universities in Israel.
