Houda Kaisler boasts an extensive career in the aviation industry, currently serving as Senior Manager IT Product and Service - Weight & Balance at Lufthansa since April 2020, after holding the position of Revenue Management Manager Process Architect Distribution & Payment. Prior to this, Houda spent nearly a decade at Jettainer from December 2010 to April 2020, where responsibilities included Head of Global Steering and Ground Handling Support, Head of ULD Control Desk in Frankfurt, Manager Jettlease, and ULD Controller. Earlier experience includes a role as Duty Station Manager at Swissport from August 2000 to October 2010 and a Deputy Service Manager position with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from 1993 to 2000 in Syria, focusing on passenger handling and coordinating the frequent flyer program.
