Jan Rohden

Jan Rohden is an experienced airline pilot currently working at Lufthansa since September 2023. Previously, Jan served as a Pathways Operations Manager at Amazon, where management of a team in a high-volume robotics environment was key, alongside collaboration with senior management on performance and safety projects. Jan co-founded a stealth startup from July 2022 to July 2023, and has completed an MBA with distinction from Esade and London Business School. Other professional experiences include positions as a Summer Associate at L.E.K. Consulting and a Management Consulting Intern at Porsche Consulting, both notable for exceptional performance. Jan has also accumulated extensive flight experience as an Airline Pilot with Austrian Airlines and previous training as a Student Pilot with Lufthansa.
