Susanne Henkel

Susanne Henkel has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Gruppenleiterin Passenger & Baggage Services HUB FRA for Lufthansa since July 2010. Henkel has held various positions, including Teamlead Cabin Crew and Pricing Manager, where responsibilities included optimizing revenue for AJV flights, determining price structures, and leading projects related to low-cost carrier strategies. As Manager Operations, Henkel developed LHG Operations Control processes and implemented new systems. Previous roles included Flight Manager and Expert Distribution, alongside training roles at United Airlines. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Business Psychology from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, Henkel's diverse background encompasses both technical and leadership competencies in airline operations.
