Susanne J.

Susanne J. is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic planning and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Strategic HR Planning and Processes at Deutsche Lufthansa AG since January 2010. Previously, Susanne held various roles within Lufthansa, including Head of HR Development and Teamleader HR - Management Diagnostics, after working as a Talent Management Consultant for the company from 2000 to 2004.
