Jim Henry

Jim Henry, AIA, serves as the Executive Vice President at luis vidal + architects since April 2023, following a tenure as Senior Vice President and Healthcare Director at CallisonRTKL from December 2018 to April 2023, where their responsibilities included setting strategic direction and driving design excellence. Previous roles include Vice President & Design Director for Health at HDR from December 2015 to November 2018, and Director of Design for the South Region at HDR Architecture, Inc. from December 2013 to December 2015, overseeing design activities across multiple studios. Jim also contributed to AIA Dallas as a Board of Directors member from January 2013 to January 2015, focusing on design and communication. Their early career includes various design roles at HDR Architecture, RTKL, and FDS International, complemented by internship experiences while studying for a BARCH in Architecture at the University of Arkansas, completed in 2000.
