Marines Delgado

Marines Delgado has an extensive work experience that spans over several years. They started their career at Stanton Optical in 2014 as a Talent Acquisition Director and held this position until 2016. Following that, they joined AMN Healthcare and served as a Client Executive from 2016 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they were promoted to the position of Sr. Client Delivery Leader at the same company. In 2021, Marines Delgado moved on to KellyOCG where they worked as a Sr. Director of RPO Operations until 2023. Currently, they are the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Luke & Associates, Inc., a position they have held since 2023.

Marines Delgado attended Union College from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Psychology. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations, at the University of Phoenix. Finally, from 2012 to 2013, Marines Delgado completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, focusing on Organizational Management/Public Administration, at Ashford University.
