Mark Bellomy

Mark Bellomy has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in cheese and dairy products. Currently serving as the Associate Alcohol/Dairy Buyer at Luke's Local since August 2022, Mark has also been a Cheesemonger at Lucy's Whey since October 2016. Previous roles include Affinage/Packaging Supervisor at Cowgirl Creamery from April 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities entailed overseeing cheese aging rooms and final product packaging. Mark began a career in the financial sector at Ovation Corporate Travel as an Internal Revenue Agent from November 2005 to May 2016. Mark holds an Associate’s Degree in Music Production from McNally Smith College of Music (1998-2000) and attended Hamline University from 1996 to 1998.
