Michael Sass, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at Lukjan Metal Products Inc since December 2021. In the past, they served as an Adjunct Faculty at Kent State University from 2002 to 2007, and as a Continuing Education Instructor at John Carroll University in 2002.

Michael Sass, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong educational background in business administration and technology. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lake Erie College. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Technology with a focus on Business Management Technology at Kent State University. Additionally, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree from Kent State University in Mechanical Orienteering with a Polymer Option.

Along with their educational achievements, Michael has also obtained several certifications. These include the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Michael has also completed the 10-hour OSHA Training from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and has obtained the Competent Toastmaster Certification (Presentations) from Toastmasters International. Other certifications include the General Industry Safety and Health certification from the Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation (BWC), the Mediation certification from the Supreme Court of Ohio Ashtabula County Joint Court Mediation Project, and the Strengths Finder Coach certification from Gallup StrengthsFinder 2.0. Additionally, Michael has received Training Manager/Director training from Langevin Learning Services.
