Evgeniy Anisimov began their work experience in 2014 as a Process Plant Operator at ROSNEFT – Moscow Plant “Nefteprodukt”. Evgeniy was later promoted to the position of Senior Process Plant Operator before leaving in 2015. In 2015, Anisimov joined LUKOIL Lubricants Company where they worked as a Manager in the Product Line Management Department until 2016. Evgeniy then became a Manager in the Department of Technical Assistance for Lubricants Introduction until 2017. Anisimov briefly served as the Senior Manager in the Sales Group for Special Equipment before being appointed as the Head of Special Products Sales Department, where they currently work.
Evgeniy Anisimov's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) for a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Protection. Evgeniy completed this degree in 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Oil Processing at the same university, graduating in 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Anisimov has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Level I Machinery Lubrication Technician from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) in 2018, Engines KTA50 & QSK60: Operation and Maintenance from Cummins Inc. in 2017, Hydraulic System Maintenance from Applied Mechanics in St Petersburg, Russia in 2017, Improvement of Sales Efficiency from the Russian School of Management in 2017, Fluid Technology Seminar from LUBRIZOL LIMITED in the UK in 2016, Pulp and Paper Reliability & Maintenance from KRONA Institute in St Petersburg, Russia in 2016, and an extension course from Infineum in the UK in 2015.
