Ilya Solovyev

Ilya Solovyev is currently the Chief Risk Manager at OAO "LUKOIL" where Ilya is responsible for examining and modeling project risks as well as integrating risk management into decision-making procedures. Prior to this role, Ilya worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at Gazprom Export LLC and as a Mortgage Assets Securitization Specialist at JSC VTB Bank. Ilya also has experience as a Banking System Liquidity Analyst at The Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Ilya completed their education through various programs and degrees, including a Ph.D. in Statistical Analysis and Forecasting of Banking System Liquidity from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.
