Diana Cernaianu

Diana Cernaianu is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently, Diana serves as the Head of HR at Lukoil Romania since June 2018. Previously, significant roles included Chief HR Officer at TotalSoft, Consulting Partner at DMC Partners, and HR Director at FrieslandCampina and Saint-Gobain, where responsibilities spanned multiple business divisions. Early career achievements include positions as HR Director at Rompetrol and HR Manager at Deloitte Romania and LaDORNA Group.
