Sergey Kudinov

Sergey Kudinov is the Head of the Corporate Supervision Department (HSE) at LUKOIL, where responsibilities include planning corporate oversight activities, organizing inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards since October 2013. Prior to this role, Sergey worked as a Fire Safety, Civil Defense, and Emergency Situations Engineer at Bunge, managing fire safety initiatives and conducting audits from June 2011 to October 2013. Additionally, Sergey served as a Senior Master at the Federal Fire Service's Testing Laboratory from October 2007 to June 2011, focusing on enhancing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Sergey holds an Engineering degree in Emergency Situations Defense from Voronezh State Technical University, which was obtained between 2002 and 2006.
