Timothy R. Williams, CPD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Timothy R. is currently the Director of Business Development at Lukos since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of The Veterans Multi-Service Center from September 2014 to December 2019. In this role, they oversaw the operations of a Veteran Service Organization with 135 employees and 11 facilities, providing comprehensive services to over 6000 veterans annually. Timothy R. also led the development of a $15M, 66-unit Veteran preference low-income housing project.

Before their role at The Veterans Multi-Service Center, Timothy worked as a Defense Coordinating Officer (DCO) at FEMA Region III from August 2011 to August 2014. Timothy R. also served as the Deputy Commander of the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from May 2004 to May 2005 and as the Commander of the 3rd Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from June 2002 to May 2004. In these positions, they commanded and controlled specialized forces and conducted various missions, including unconventional warfare, direct action, special reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, and foreign internal defense.

Timothy R. Williams, CPD, has an extensive educational background. Timothy R. earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Arkansas State University between 1981 and 1984. Later on, Timothy pursued further education and completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Humanities from Louisiana State University from 1995 to 1996. In 1997, they obtained a Master's degree in Defence Analysis from the University of Canberra.
