Andreas Richter

Andreas Richter has extensive work experience in various companies and roles spanning over several decades. Andreas is currently working at LUKSO as a Principal Engineer and Chief Scientist. Prior to joining LUKSO, they were a Partner at Shipstone Development, where they focused on software and hardware development and technology management for companies.

In 2005, Andreas Richter founded their own consulting company, Andreas Richter LLC, where they provided software infrastructure repair and improvement services and mentored software development projects.

From 2015 to 2022, they held the position of Founding VP of Engineering at LEARNSWELL, where they played a pivotal role in architecting the system and managing the development team for SelfStudy elearning services. This platform utilized novel and patented algorithms to personalize learning experiences.

Earlier in their career, Andreas Richter served as the Chief Scientist of Software Development at Bridgeway Software and Chief Scientist at Thomson Elite's LawManager Division. Motivated to further enhance their knowledge and expertise, Andreas Richter continued their education at Drexel University. In 1989, they commenced their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, which they successfully completed in 1991.
