Nicole Swanepoel

Nicole Swanepoel is an experienced delivery lead and project manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and web project management. Currently serving as Delivery Lead at Lula since September 2024, Nicole previously held positions at Entersekt as Delivery Lead and Scrum Master, focusing on Agile adoption and accelerated delivery models. With prior experience at Publicis Groupe as a Senior Technical Project Manager, Nicole managed medium- to large-sized web projects, providing coaching to team members. Additional roles include Project Manager at MakeReign and King James Digital, as well as positions in broadcasting and education. Nicole holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Media Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Drama from Rhodes University.
