Rachana Desai

Rachana Desai has held various engineering and management roles throughout their career, starting as a Technical Lead Analyst at Portal Software in 1999. Rachana then became the Manager of Software Applications at Cable and Wireless in 2001 and Senior Manager of IT at Cisco in 2006. Desai then moved on to become the Sr. Manager of Engineering at Covad Communications in 2004 and later the Director of Engineering at RingCentral in 2014. Between 2016 and 2020, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Twilio Inc., before becoming the Vice President of Engineering at Fabric from October 2020 to March 2022. As of March 2022, Desai is the SVP of Product and Engineering at LULA. Throughout their career, they have led teams in process redesign and re-engineering to build scalable solutions, improving business processes, and defined and led the implementation of new services and products. Rachana has also managed technology budgets, established operational policies and procedures, and directed the design and delivery of enterprise projects.
