Max Augliere

Max Augliere has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Max is currently serving as the Director of Provider Success at Lula, a property maintenance solution company. In this role, they are responsible for managing a team of provider success managers and specialists to build a strong network of residential home service companies.

Prior to their current position, Max founded Spearfishing Rhode Island, a company that offers boutique experiences in nature and teaches people how to Spearfish for their food in the ocean. Max'sgoal at Spearfishing Rhode Island was to create an intense bond between people and the ocean, and promote stewardship for the marine environment.

Before their entrepreneurial venture with Spearfishing Rhode Island, Max worked at Super (hellosuper.com) as a Vendor Lead. As a Vendor Manager, they were responsible for managing 200 active vendor accounts across five states and successfully reduced spending by $14 million in three years through various strategies including contract negotiation, vendor recruiting, relationship building, and business consulting.

Max also gained valuable experience at Fractl, where they worked as both a Project Manager and an Associate Project Manager. Additionally, they held roles at Delivery Dudes as a Vendor Manager and Product Manager and at Downtowner as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Driver Manager, and Driver.

Max Augliere's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at Florida Atlantic University. Max studied Sociology and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2014.

In 2022, Max pursued further education by attending Harvard Business School Online, where they took a course in Leadership Principles. Max also obtained a certification in Leadership Principles from the same institution. Additionally, they participated in a Wilderness Medicine program at NOLS, specializing in First Aid.

Max has acquired various additional certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Managers V4.1 from Traliant, and a Google Project Management Professional certification, focusing on Agile, SCRUM, and Lean Six Sigma from Google. In 2021, they received a Business Leadership Coaching certification from Crystallin Dillon, MA. Prior to that, Max completed a course in The Complete SQL Bootcamp from Udemy in 2020. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Public Speaking from Toastmasters International. Additionally, Max received a Wilderness First Aid certification from NOLS in 2022.
