Caitlin Palczuk

Caitlin Palczuk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, leadership development, and organizational operations. Currently serving as Learning and Leadership Operations Manager at lululemon since September 2011, Caitlin focuses on building training consistency and enhancing employee engagement through collaborative program design and leadership coaching. Previous roles include National Engagement and Outreach Manager at CycleBar, where Caitlin managed the successful launch of new cycle studios, and Associate Digital Health Coach at Omada Health, successfully engaging clients in behavior change initiatives. Earlier experience includes Assistant Wellness Director at the YMCA of the Triangle and Skill Development Coach at Networks Basketball. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Meredith College and has furthered education with coaching certifications and yoga teacher training.
