Egemen İzci

Egemen İzci has over a decade of experience in materials development and innovation within the apparel industry. As a Senior Manager of Advanced Raw Material Development at lululemon from October 2017 to October 2021, Egemen played a key role in launching the brand's first-ever Olympic uniforms for Team Canada and developing innovative products such as the Engineered Warmth Jacket and Joggers. Prior experience includes roles as Raw Materials Innovation Manager at Arc'teryx Equipment Inc., where collaboration with design teams facilitated rigorous material testing, and as a Product/Fabric Development Specialist at Groupe Dynamite, focusing on seasonal trends and fabric development. Egemen also contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Algonquin College and held a Quality Assurance Supervisor position at Parasuco Jeans, emphasizing quality management and product development. Educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain/Operations Management and a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate, both from McGill University.
