Holly Gualco

Holly Gualco is an accomplished operations manager with a strong background in apparel design and process improvement. Currently serving as Operations Manager - Special Projects at lululemon since May 2024, Holly focuses on enhancing employee resources and experiences through effective project management. Prior experience includes a significant role at Alexander Gow Fire Equipment Company, where Holly spearheaded the development of tools for data collection and analysis to improve operational efficiency. Holly's career also features extensive experience in the apparel industry, including positions at Nike as Apparel Designer II and I, where design contributions were made for both lifestyle and performance apparel. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design from Oregon State University and additional studies at American InterContinental University in London, Holly blends creative expertise with operational strategy to drive success across various projects.
