Katherine Montes

Katherine Montes is an experienced professional in guest experience management and production, currently serving as an Assistant Manager - Guest Experience at lululemon since April 2022. Previously, Katherine has held various leadership roles at lululemon, including Guest Experience Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 50 educators and creating an inclusive environment. Katherine's experience in the entertainment industry includes roles at Bunim Murray Productions as Health & Safety Manager and Talent Coordinator, as well as internships at Shoreline Entertainment and A Noise Within, where project coordination and script coverage were key tasks. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from the University of Southern California and has completed the London Theatre Program at the British American Drama Academy.
