Madeline Millsip

Madeline Millsip is a skilled professional with extensive experience in enterprise transformation, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Transformation at lululemon since July 2020. In this role, Madeline leads comprehensive transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to drive the company’s growth strategy. Prior to lululemon, Madeline held various positions at Deloitte Canada, including Manager and Senior Analyst in Enterprise Business Transformation, as well as Consultant in Customer & Marketing - Digital Consumer. Madeline also made significant contributions as Chair of CaseIT MIS Case Competition, overseeing a team of 44 students in transforming the prestigious event during its 15th Anniversary. Madeline’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, along with an international exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School.
