Sian Allen

Sian Allen is a seasoned professional in research management and innovation, currently serving as the Research Manager for the Innovation Team at lululemon since November 2017. With a solid background as a Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist at lululemon, Sian has developed and coordinated various research strategies to inform product innovation and optimize human performance. Additionally, as an Independent Data Science Consultant since January 2012, Sian has provided valuable insights to international sporting organizations through advanced analytics and modeling. Previous roles include Performance Intelligence Manager and Performance Analyst at Paralympics New Zealand, and Performance Physiologist at High Performance Sport New Zealand. Sian holds a PhD in Statistical Modelling of Sports Performance from Auckland University of Technology, alongside a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science.
