Taylor Sands

Taylor Sands is currently a Learning Specialist at lululemon, having joined the company in November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Designer at Canucks Autism Network from September 2015 to November 2024, where responsibilities involved creating e-learning experiences and implementing a learning management system. Key roles at Canucks Autism Network also included Manager of Training, Training Coordinator, Onsite Supervisor, and Support Worker, focusing on accessibility and participant engagement in various programs for children and young adults with autism. Earlier, Taylor Sands worked with Parks Canada, delivering educational programs and conducting public outreach. Additional experience ranges from program leadership in the City of Burnaby to roles as a camp counselor and science facilitator. Taylor Sands holds a Certificate in Educational/Instructional Media Design from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from the University of Victoria.
