Tristen Shields

Tristen Shields is a seasoned leader in asset protection and security with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Asset Protection at lululemon since October 2016, Tristen oversees multiple aspects of safety, including retail asset protection, store security, omni risk, and business continuity. Prior roles include Senior Director of Global Asset Protection and Corporate Security at Athleta, Director of Brand Loss Prevention at Gap Inc., and various managerial positions within Gap Inc. since 2000. Tristen holds a Master of Arts in Modern International History from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology from Northern Kentucky University.
