Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at LuM Transition comprises the CEO and Co-Founder, the CTO, and a Partner & CTO. This team is responsible for strategic decision-making, driving the company's mission of providing professional transitional management, and integrating corporate social responsibility (CSR) into all aspects of the business. They oversee the development of training programs for managers in CSR, ensuring that the company's B-Corp values are upheld in its operations.
