Quei-An Chen

Quei-An Chen is an accomplished AI Research Scientist with a strong background in computer vision and research. Currently serving at Luma AI since December 2022, Quei-An Chen previously worked at LINE Corp from April 2022 to November 2022, focusing on stamp animation. Prior to that, at DENSO between April 2018 and April 2022, Quei-An Chen specialized in various self-driving technologies, including object detection, tracking, depth estimation, and optical estimation. Earlier experience includes a research internship at Sunflare in 2016, where Quei-An Chen researched the impact of word order similarity on translation quality using a rule-based machine translation toolkit. Quei-An Chen holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oxford (2016-2017) and a Master’s degree from École Polytechnique (2013-2016).
