Bonnie Chatterjee

Bonnie (Barnali) Chatterjee currently serves as the Global Head of Solution Architecture at OpenAI and is a member of the Board of Advisors for Luma Health and ProgramEquity, providing strategic guidance and mentoring to startups. With a robust background in customer experience and professional services, Bonnie previously led solutions engineering at Snowflake, was the Head of Professional Services for Stripe, and incubated the Customer Experience function at GitHub, where significant achievements included expanding the services P&L and developing comprehensive customer success frameworks. Other roles include Senior Manager of Professional Services at Sencha, Web Governance Manager at Franklin Templeton Investments, and early career positions in project management and wireless content development. Bonnie holds an Executive Women in Leadership certificate from Cornell University, a Project Management certification from UC Berkeley, and a BBA in Economics and Finance from Notre Dame de Namur University.
