Michelle Aceves

Michelle Aceves is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in sales, catering, events, and guest services. Currently serving as the Group Sales Manager at LUMA Hotel San Francisco since October 2022, Michelle previously held various roles at Proper Hospitality, including Director of Catering & Events and Executive Meeting Manager. Prior experience includes Front Desk Manager at Oakland Marriott City Center and multiple positions with Evolution Hospitality, such as Operations Manager and Event Manager. Michelle holds a degree from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Behavioral Sciences from College of Alameda.
