Kat Nadel

Kat Nadel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, communication training, and leadership coaching. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at LUMAN since October 2016, Nadel has also contributed as an Organizational Development Consultant and Business Development Support at Beezwax Datatools, Inc. Nadel's dedication to teaching Compassionate Communication and Empathy has been prominent since 2013, particularly in the Bay Area, where multiple courses are conducted annually. Additional roles include collaborative trainer at Bay Area Nonviolent Communication and various teaching positions in arts and movement. Nadel's education includes a BFA in Performance and Choreography from The University of Southern Mississippi, along with certifications in Nonviolent Communication and Organizational Leadership.
