Kendelle Hathaway

Kendelle Hathaway is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a focus on medical strategy and communications. Currently serving as an Executive Talent Partner at Lumanity since February 2021, Kendelle has held multiple leadership roles in talent acquisition, including positions at Amicus Therapeutics and PAREXEL. Previous experience includes recruitment consulting roles at Signet Resources, IC Resources, and MRL Group. Kendelle holds a BA(hons) in International Business with French from the University of Brighton, along with a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HRM from ICS Learn. Education was also completed at Mougins International School in France.
