Michelle McGill

Michelle McGill has a diverse and successful work experience in various roles. Michelle currently serves as the Global Director of Human Resources at Lumanity, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, from June 2018 to February 2022, they were the Head of People at SilverCloud Health, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies during a period of rapid growth. Michelle also has experience as an Executive Director at Boardmatch Ireland and as an HR IS Manager at Beacon Hospital, where they led strategic information system projects. Michelle has also served as an Executive Director at Raynaud's & Scleroderma Ireland and as an Operations Manager at Mount Carmel Private Hospital. Michelle McGill has a diverse education history. In 1990, they enrolled in Trinity College Dublin and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies, with a focus on French, German, History, and Politics. Following their undergraduate studies, Michelle attended the National College of Ireland from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Personnel Management. Moving forward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Health Systems Management and Leadership at University College Dublin from 2015 to 2018, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In 2019, Michelle further expanded their education by completing a Diploma in Coaching for Performance at Dublin Business School. More recently, in 2021, they attended the Growth Institute for the Scaling Up: Master Business Course. Currently, Michelle is working towards a Chartered Member qualification in CIPD.
