Darshi Kuruvitaarachchi

Darshi Kuruvitaarachchi currently serves as the Global Director of Human Resources at WIA Systems Inc since September 2023. Prior experience includes leading the Human Resources department at Sana Commerce Sri Lanka as Head Of Human Resources from August 2022 to August 2023, and working as HR Manager at IPD Group from August 2018 to July 2022. Darshi's career began at the Norwegian Refugee Council, progressing from Administrative Assistant to Human Resources & Administration Manager between October 2006 and July 2013. Additional roles include Snr. HR, Finance & Administration at Australia Awards, and Project Coordinator - Human Resources at MG Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. Darshi holds a Master's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the Open University of Sri Lanka.
