Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paul is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Growth at Lumanu, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Operations at Lumanu starting in September 2020. Paul also played a key role in the growth of Lumanu as a Co-Founder and in a growth role since January 2016.

Before joining Lumanu, Paul worked at Outpace Systems, Inc. as a Senior Director of Product Management and Product Marketing from October 2013 to January 2016. At Outpace, they were responsible for product strategy, go-to-market strategy, and business development.

Paul's previous experience includes roles at Symantec, where they served as Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager from July 2011 to October 2013. Paul also worked at consulting firm Bain & Company, first as a Case Team Leader from September 2008 to April 2011, and earlier as a Summer Associate in 2007.

Paul began their career at Gap Inc. as a Merchandise Planner, where they partnered with strategic initiative teams and presented investment recommendations to senior leaders. Paul held this role from November 2003 to June 2006. Prior to that, they worked at E&J Gallo Winery as a Financial Analyst, where they facilitated budgeting processes, led cost reduction projects, and implemented improvements to financial reporting from January 2002 to November 2003.
