Géraldine Bothier

Géraldine Bothier is the Vice President of People at LumApps. Géraldine has been with the company since January 2019, and in their current role, they are responsible for the HR operations and strategy for the EMEA & Japac regions. Prior to their current role, they served as the Human Resources Director for the same regions, and they have also worked as an HR Business Partner at Deezer. Géraldine is a highly experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of talent acquisition, talent engagement, culture, and business organization. Géraldine is also well-versed in HR compliance and legal matters.

Géraldine Bothier studied management at the Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux-Ecole de Management, where they earned a master's degree. Géraldine also holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Faculté Libre de Droit de Lille.
