Josué Moëns

Josué MOËNS is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and professional services, currently serving as the Senior Vice President Customer Experience North America and Co-Founder at LumApps since October 2012. Josué has held several senior roles at LumApps, including Vice President of Professional Services across different regions, and has contributed as a Product Manager. Prior to LumApps, Josué worked at Devoteam G Cloud as a Consultant and Project Manager, focusing on migration projects to Google Workspace. Early career experience includes a consulting role at Capgemini, where responsibilities included developing functional specifications and automation tools. Josué holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from INSA Lyon and has completed additional studies in Informatics at Université Paris Cité and Le Havre Normandy University.
