Thomas Soulez

Thomas Soulez is an accomplished Chief Product Officer with extensive experience in leading product management, marketing, and strategic initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently at LumApps since July 2024, Thomas oversees product management for an Employee Hub utilized by 5 million users at major companies. Prior to LumApps, Thomas worked as a freelance Fractional CPO, coaching product leaders, and at Silae where significant growth was achieved by scaling the product team to 77 members and expanding the platform to 7 million users. Previous roles include Chief Product Officer at Cytora, where Thomas focused on AI-driven product portfolios and introduced new operating models. Thomas holds a degree in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School and an MSc in Advanced Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
